Partnering with national institutions including IndyMac and Citicorp, Stratford Financial has pioneered using the One-Time-Close, Construction-and-Permanent loan. Stratford has now become the leading national expert on financing Dream Homes with this product. With over 1000 successful Dream Home projects financed, Kevin Daum, Stratford's CEO, is author of Building Your Own Home for Dummies which is a Wiley published best seller.
Stratford Financial Services was listed as an INC. 500 company in 1999 and continues on a steady growth pace.
